Understanding
They like to figure things out. They enjoy learning how things work. They like, at least attempting to fix things. Men enjoy building things. They like to understand things. Some slaves prefer to enjoy and appreciate the thing in their world. Some are content to view the components in their world in totality rather than as a sum of its parts. Allow me to present some examples.
Some Masters are not content with simply owning a microwave oven. They have to analyze and “understand” the microwave oven. They are not content until they understand the concept of the magnetron. A slave sees the microwave in its totality. It is no more than a tool to use to prepare delicious meals for her Master. Some Masters are not content to simply have a cell phone. They must delve into the subject and understand the cellular network. They have to know about repeaters, gaming capabilities, USB interfaces and mega-pixel capacities. The slave sees the cell phone as something to use to call her Master and express her love. She also uses it to keep in touch with her companions.
Many Masters are not content to simply have a computer. They have to truly understand the computer. They have to understand hard drives, PCI-X bus technology, and dual core processors. The slave sees the computer as something to use to write love notes to her Master and perhaps play games and use MSN. The Master cannot simply have an Internet connection. The Master must know about broadband, routers, the seven layers of the OSI and how it transforms into TCP/IP. The Master also has to speak the terms of wireless.
Normally the differences between Masters and slaves contribute to mutually beneficial relationships. There is one area, however, that can cause huge problems. This is an area I feel all Masters should absolutely avoid. Please pay attention.
Under no circumstances should a Master apply his analytical nature to the task of “understanding” his slave. It is the role of the Master to cherish, care for, love and otherwise take care of his slave. He cannot “understand” her. Consider the following observations.
Many Masters know that they can spend an incredible amount of time creating the perfect Blazin’ Booty using all manner of “intense stimulation of sensation.” Once he is finished, what is he greeted with? A slave sitting there grinning at him. What Master can truly understand why the slave is grinning after all of that stimulation of sensation? A Master is wise to simply accept it.
Consider what happens when the Master decides to indulge his slave with intense sensation. The slave can often utter an unending litany of whines, groans, and complaining. Yet what does the Master observe? The slave stays right where she is at while the Master is indulging her. She doesn’t move even one centimeter. When their Masters have finished with them, some slaves can’t wait to see their sister slaves and show off their “trophies.” What Master can truly understand such a thing? The role of the Master is to simply appreciate it.
Look at the relationship between the Master and the slave. The Master asks the slave to voluntarily enslave herself to him. It is made very clear that her role will be to please and serve her Master in whatever way he see fit. There are an infinite number of ways that Masters desire to be served. She is asked to take on the most demanding role of her life. How does she respond? She showers him in the most delicious waters of “slave’s love.” This is truly something that a Master should make no effort to actually “understand.” Our task is to provide the environment that will allow such things to continue.
The wise Master understands that his role and birthright have been ordained by forces far greater than he. The same applies to his slave. To attempt to understand the reasons for such things is simply beyond him. It is enough that a Master strives for happiness in his domain.
