Swartz Bay Parking
Long-term parking at Swartz Bay is toward the passenger drop-off area. You must pre-pay for the *entire* time you expect to be away. You will be ticketed if your pass expires, even if you can't get back in time. Parking is $10/24hrs $5/6hrs. http://www.bcferries.com/fares/Parking_Rates.html
You must walk back to the government dock from the parking (about a 15 minute walk), so you would be well advised to drop your gear off before you park your car (Map to parking and Government dock).
Ferries
There are four ferries on Friday: 5:15 am, 10:05 am, 2:30 pm, 18:40 pm. If you are on the ferry on Friday you will likely be catching the 2:30 or 6:40. You should be at the ferry a half-hour before sailing.
There are four ferries returning on Sunday: 7:25 am, 12:00 noon, 4:40 pm, 8:40 pm. You will delivered to the noon ferry.
