Retreat 2011
Our Annual AGM & Weekend Retreat
Sagacity's annual Core retreat and AGM will be held on March 19th, 2011. It will be held at Jim & Janice's home. We'll do some brainstorming and organizing and we'll find time for fun and laughter too.
Schedule
The Executive Board will meet at 11 AM. The Board consists of Lf, Fman, Jim, Claudia, Janice, and Rod. As Executive Director, Matt is also asked to be in attendance.
The Core will meet at 11:30 AM. The Core includes Jemma, Meredith, Trudy, Matt, Vivien, Jocelynn, Matt, Ayla, Kat, and Jeff. We will work through the afternoon and the meeting will adjourn at 5 PM.
- Sagacity will cover the cost of travel expenses (gas) for approved vehicles.
- Everyone will be responsible for their own snacks and booze. Bringing snacks and sweets to share is always nice!
- Sagacity will provide Ribs for dinner for Saturday night.
- The dress is casual/comfortable
- Play may break out after 5pm. Toys will certainly be welcome!
