Retreat 2009

Sagacity treats the Core to a weekend away on March 27-29, 2009! We'll do some brainstorming and organizing and we'll find time for fun and laughter too. 

Accomodation

We'll be staying at the Bodega Ridge Resort on Galiano Island. The cost is $50 per person (including non-Core guests).

Schedule

We'll check in Friday afternoon (March 27) and depart Sunday (March 29) afternoon. You can find the Galiano ferry schedule here Victoria Vancouver. Most of us will travel on the 3:25 ferry Friday from Victoria and return on the 11:20 ferry on Sunday.

The Brainstorming Session is scheduled on Saturday from 10:30-1:00 and 2:00-5:00. Please visit the Agenda and add any topics that you would like discussed during the session. Sagacity will provide paper and pencils for scribbling and note-taking. The meeting and Saturday night supper will be held in the resort main house.

• Sagacity will provide ferry tickets to Galiano. We will also cover the cost of travel expenses (gas, ferry) for any of our members that don't live in Victoria.
• Everyone will be responsible for their own breakfast/lunch/drinks. Bringing snacks and sweets to share is always nice!
• Sagacity will provide hamburgers/hotdogs/chips for Friday night and pulled bbq pork/coleslaw/baked beans for Saturday night.
• There should still be lots of fun time for enjoying the outdoors, socializing, and play. The dress is casual/comfortable and toys will certainly be welcome! Friday night will be perfect for simply relaxing,  snacking, sipping a beverage or two, and who knows what else?!
