Sagacity Core Meeting to
Plan Pirate Adventure

In Attendance:
Cris, Polar, Samvega, Fisherman, Randy, Jewel, Teacup, Mark, Nancee, Claudia;
Fish in the chair.
Guests:
Mike, Cathy, Precious

The Sagacity Core meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM.

It was moved by Polar and seconded by Samvega that the treasurer's report be tabled for a later meeting. Vote unanimous, motion passed.

It was moved by Samvega that we postpone the reading of the previous minutes to a yet-to-be-determined date. The motion was seconded by Nancy. The vote was unanimous, motion passed.

The Chairperson welcomed Nancee and Cris to their first core meeting.

After a break for barbecued dinner, we resumed at 8:40 PM

The various aspects of the Pirate Adventure were discussed. The following people were noted for specific jobs:

Ladyfish & Rebecca = galley
Doug & Jen = set-up
Jim and Janice= pick up and deliver bakery goods
Nancee & Randy = panty wrestling
Ladyfish= contact Dan for Darklust Iron-Sub Challenge congratulatory letter
Ladyfish = writing auction catalogue
Fisherman = boat captain and auctioneer
All Core = keep aware of scheduled activities coming up and assist Pirates in moving smoothly from event to event
Chris = tickets & packets
Teacup = treasure hunt
Fisherman & Mike = equipment
Cathy & Teacup = auction finance ladies…cash and beach glass
Ladyfish = overall bossy bitch and grand pirate


Next meeting will be to discuss Back to School Party and Birthday Bash, on September 16th, a Saturday.

At 11:27 PM the motion was made by Polar that the meeting be adjourned, and Fisherman seconded it. The meeting was concluded.
