First Annual General Meeting of the Sagacity Alternative Lifestyles Society

Attending Members:

Sam Quinn, Cliff Quinn, Harold Christian, Marlene Forbes, Mike Colvin, John Deveau, Michelle Deveau, David Edey, Heather Bubiak, Susan Beler, Mark Beler, Karen McCue, Randy Nussli, Claudia Cole.

Cliff called the meeting to order at 7 PM

Cliff MOVED we adopt the articles of incorporation as written. Sam SECONDED the motion. PASSED, unanimously.

Cliff nominated himself, Sam Quinn, Marlene Forbes, and Claudia Cole to be directors of the Sagacity Alternative Lifestyles Society. Second and third calls for nominations brought no further nominations. Sam SECONDED the motion. PASSED, unanimously. All directors as listed were acclaimed.

Special resolution #1 was read: Be it resolved that the signing authorities for the Sagacity Alternative Lifestyle Society be Cliff Quinn and Sam Quinn.

Cliff MOVED the adoption of Special Resolution #1. Harold SECONDED the motion.

PASSED, unanimously.

Cliff MOVED, AND Sam SECONDED we adjourn.
