The Fish Bowl 2009

The Life & Times of a Kinky Fish in a Vanilla Sea

thefishbowl.jpgThe Fish Bowl

There are lots of ways to look at life...

through the looking glass...

through rose-colored glasses...

or my way...

...through the fish bowl.

Holy Halibut! Fisherman and I have been working on the Sagacity website for what seems like an eternity! Since we started the project we've watch Christmas come and go and I've even turned a year older! Fisherman is the geek in this family, not me! He has gotten through all this in his usual unflappable way...humming little tunes, petting the cats, and generally enjoying himself. I, on the other hand, have bitten fingernails, pulled out my hair, and beat my head on the desk in frustration. Arrghhh!!

Anyway...it's finally done (or mostly) and I think it looks pretty damn good! I know we'll make changes here and there as we get used to the new layout...sort of like breaking a new pair of shoes. Input from Sagacity folk is very welcome and we hope you'll take time to peruse the site (there's lots to see) and let us know your thoughts (good, bad, or otherwise).

Part of what we did was restructure a whole lot of stuff...over the 7 years the old website was up and running, a whole lot of content has been uploaded! One of the sections we worked on was the Kink Bits section. As you can see, the Fish Bowl has been moved there , Dear Amelia Bedelia has been added, and our resident kink doctor, Pheelgud Phixwright, has offered up some new observations.

My Fish Nuggets have been retired but because I liked the things I wrote for that column, I've decided to post them in the Fish Bowl. Over the course of the next week or so, I'll try to get one loaded daily. I know that some of you (at least I hope some of you) will be familiar with the stories. I apologize for whacking you with "repeat" material, but like I said...most of them were written with true enjoyment on my part and I don't want them to disappear into the obscurity of the ethernet. If they are repeats for you, skip to another section of the website and check out some of our other changes!

I have no idea what this day will bring...besides the beginning of my 55th year...but one thing's for sure! I get some of the most delightful "fish" cards from friends and family!
