The Steward

The Steward receives and stows provisions, maintains inventory of provisions, and prepares and cooks meals and fresh bakery goods for the ship's crew and embarked guests. The steward also maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the galley, messrooms, and food storage areas at all times.
Under the direction of the steward, the chief cook and his assistants will ensure that you are offered the finest of pirate fare and a selection of nonalcoholic beverages.
 
Menu and meal times:

Coffee, tea, water, pop, and juice are provided throughout your stay at Pirate's Lair.

Friday:
Evening snacks and goodies to keep those flogging arms going!

Saturday:
9:00 am -12:00 pm:  A yummy brunch that will include croissants, buns, fruit, cold cereal, sandwich meats, cheese, and all the fixins that go along with brunch!

5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Dinner is served.The menu includes marinated chicken on the grill, veggie dogs, lots of assorted salads, rolls, and dessert!

10:00 pm: More snacks and goodies to help all the naughty pirates keep their strength up!

Sunday:
9:00 am -12:00 pm: Brunch again! Same tasty treats as Saturday.

5:00 pm: All leftovers are loaded onto La Beale Isoud to be consumed by the returning crew.

 

The galley, refridgerator and all food stocks are protected by the cook's cutlass and a few dozen ravenous powder monkeys. Please respect the cook's domain and ask before entering the galley. Portable coolers are provided for your personal grog supplies.

Alcoholic beverages are not provided. Be responsible: drink responsibly.
