NOTE: Antibacterial products are not allowed, as they will interfere with the proper operation of the septic system that serves the cabin. These products must not be used, so please leave them at home.

ALSO NOTE: There is no telephone at the Pirate's Lair and cell phones are often unable to find a signal. There is a pay phone within a 10-minute drive.

Please bring toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, soap, shampoo, other toiletries, a bathing suit, pillows, sleeping bags or blankets.
Foam to sleep on in the tent would be a wise item to pack. Unless, of course, you are a serious masochist.

We can always use more tents, so please send us an email if you are able to bring one.

Remember to bring enough to wear for the weekend, as laundry facilities are not available. Don't forget your costume, be you pirate, wench, cabin boy, or Captain!

Styrofoam cups will be provided, but if you prefer to drink from a proper cup or mug, please bring your own. There will be only non-alcoholic beverages available.

If you wish to indulge, please bring your own grog! There is a very small liquor outlet on Galiano, but it has limited hours of operation and limited stock. It is a 30-minute walk/10 minute drive from the Lair.

Toys! Don't forget to bring any implements of torture you might want to play with, but remember, space is limited so please try to pack as lightly and as compactly as possible. Just think about all the possible ways a belt can be used....

For those sailing to Galiano on La Beale Isoud, please ensure that all of your bulky items (i.e., everything but the bare essentials) are packed up securely. These bulky items will not fit on the boat and will transported to Galiano by van. These items must be at the designated location (to be announced to all participating pirates) no later than the evening of Wednesday, 7 August 2002.
