THE INFAMOUS SLAVE AUCTION |
||
| "All those of the village know the rules of the auction. Those disobedient slaves offered by our Gracious Majesty for hard labor are to be sold to the highest bidder for the period of no less than three months service as their new Lords and Masters shall see fit... You are solemnly charged to work these slaves....to discipline them to tolerate no disobedience from them and never an impudent word..." | ||
Slaves on the auction block!
Hard currency is useless to pirates, so the Mate will be on hand to exchange your Canadian money for negotiable coin of the realm. Twenty pieces of beach glass for every two dollars! And because the pillagin' be good o'er the last year, all Pirates will find one bag of glass to start them off buried in their registration Swag Bags! Yarrrr! Heed ye the rules: The highest bidder wins the services of the slave in the form of a period of ownership that runs for a minimum of 1.5 hours, and must be for no less than domestic service. The services and length of service offered will be available in your "merchandise" catalog distributed in advance of the auction. Slaves will report for service on Saturday, the 7th of November at 7:30 PM in West Harbour Ballroom. Entry in the slave auction is purely voluntary. All slaves are different and offer many types of services and time allotments, solely at the discretion of the individual! All contracts will be strictly adhered to and pushing of any predetermined limits will not be tolerated. Nonconsensual abuse of any sort will result in immediate termination of the contract and expulsion from the auction and play party. This be a "blind auction"...in other words, ye be biddin' on the services offered, not the cut of the slave's jib! This is a fun event: keep it safe, sane and consensual.
